Syed Abdullah Al Rifat completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2012 and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014 from ASA University Bangladesh. He has been working for the last six years and half as an HR and Admin professional in highly reputed group of Companies like Padma Group of Converters, Saic Group, Bengal Group Limited.
His primary areas of expertise include: Recruitment & Selection, Employees Leave Management, Attendance Management, Employee Relations, Negotiation, Counseling, Performance Appraisal, Human Resources Development, Training, Motivation, Visa Extension of foreign workers, Transport Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, promotion, Safety & Security of organizational valuables & properties, Compliances & Statutory and Admin related task.
Besides that, to enhance and update his professional skills, he has attended many non-academic training during each year of his career including ISO Internal Audit (SGS), Bangladesh Labour Law and Related Activities, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Business Communication, Professional Etiquette and Manner, Time and Stress Management. Now he has a keen interest to be one of the experienced and skill young HR & Administrative professionals of Bangladesh.
