Syed Ianur Shah graduated from the Department of Architecture at Pabna University of Science and Technology in 2025. He is keen on expanding his professional experience across architecture, sustainable design, and urban development, with a strong interest in creating environments that are both functional and environmentally responsive. He is a motivated individual with a focused approach to designing spaces that foster a meaningful connection between people and their surroundings.
Ianur’s academic interests revolve around sustainable architecture, industrial design, and community-oriented development. His design approach is influenced by the need to balance modern functionality with ecological sensitivity, drawing inspiration from local contexts, cultural narratives, and evolving urban conditions. His B.Arch thesis explored the development of a sustainable Sonali Bag industry, emphasizing environmentally responsible production systems and innovative industrial architecture.
During his academic journey, he worked on a diverse range of projects including a 300-bed general hospital, low-cost housing solutions, heritage revitalization in urban areas, commercial high-rise developments, and community-based educational facilities. These works reflect his ability to address real-world challenges through thoughtful, research-driven design.
Beyond architecture, Ianur has a strong interest in photography, travel, and reading, which continuously inform his creative perspective and understanding of space, culture, and human experience.
