In the ongoing series “Exploring Muzharul Islam,” Dr. Abu Sayeed M. Ahmed and Ar. Muhtadin Iqbal will elaborate on the formation, function and importance of the Muzharul Islam Archive, UAP, in facilitating the preservation and further exploration of the legacy of Muzharul Islam.
Dr. Abu Sayeed M Ahmed is a Professor and Dean of the School of Environmental Science & Design, Department of Architecture, University of Asia Pacific (UAP). A renowned architect, he is also an architectural conservation specialist actively involved in heritage protection and preservation in Bangladesh. Ar. Muhtadin Iqbal is an assistant professor at the Department of Architecture, University of Asia Pacific (UAP), and is the In-Charge of the Muzharul Islam Archive at UAP. His areas of interest are preservation and documentation of Modern Heritage.
