Sek San is the principal of Seksan Design Landscape Architecture and Planning. He is known for his outspoken views on urban planning. He completed Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), from University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1983. He also received a Postgraduate Diploma of Landscape Architecture from Lincoln University, Canterbury, New Zealand, in 1985. He has practiced solely as a landscape architect for the past 21 years, of which the last 13 years have been on his own in partnership with Caroline Lau.
