Timmy Aziz is a registered architect who studied Physics at Trinity College, Oxford University, architecture at The Architectural Association, London, and the Cooper Union, New York City, where he received his professional degree and Environmental Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. His work has been published in Domus, ArchTech, Interiors, the Japanese magazine I’m Home Design, and New York, New Faces of AIANY in 2002 and exhibited internationally. Timmy has taught at the University of Massachusetts and Hampshire College at Amherst, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and also taught as visiting professor at design schools including the GSD at Harvard, the Hochschule RheinMain (HSRM) in Wiesbaden, BRAC University, Dhaka and the Fuzhou College of Art and Design and Xiamen University in Xiamen China. He has taught at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), Baltimore since 2006 where he teaches at the departments of Architectural Design, of Humanistic Studies and of the First Year Experience.
