On the occasion of the death anniversary of Muzharul Islam on 15th July, Bengal Institute presents a one-of-a-kind conversation between Saif Ul Haque and Kazi Khaleed Ashraf, commemorating the life and ideology of the pioneer of modern architecture.
As part of the BI In-Between series, Kazi Khaleed Ashraf and Saif Ul Haque talk about their shared history with Muzharul Islam. They discuss his vision, not only in terms of planning the Bangladesh of the future but also the design culture and education that will shape it. The conversation is also on the architectural culture that Muzharul Islam embodies and how he personifies the idea of ‘আগামীর স্থপতি’.
