Rahul Mehrotra gave a special talk titled ‘Dwelling in a Time of Flux: Looking at Housing Issues in India’. He speaks of the importance of socially driven movements in urban design and the fallacies of generalisation, as well as context playing the important role in housing design. The session was a part of Bengal Institute’s joint studio program with TU Delft.
